These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through NFCBusinessCoach and the website nfccoach.store.
By purchasing a product, accessing supplier information, joining the Discord community or accessing course material from NFCBusinessCoach, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About NFCBusinessCoach
NFCBusinessCoach provides digital supplier access, educational information and community resources designed to help customers source, program and sell NFC products, including Google Review plaques.

2. What We Sell
NFCBusinessCoach currently offers digital products including:
Supplier + Discord — $15
Access to supplier information/connections together with access to the NFCBusinessCoach Discord community.
Supplier + Course + Discord — $19
Access to supplier information/connections, the NFCBusinessCoach Discord community and educational course material explaining how to program and work with NFC/Google Review plaques.
The exact inclusions displayed on the website at the time of purchase form part of the customer's purchase.
NFCBusinessCoach does not manufacture, stock, sell or ship the physical NFC plaques supplied by third-party manufacturers.
Customers purchasing physical products from a supplier enter into a separate transaction with that supplier.
3. Independent Third-Party Suppliers
The suppliers introduced or identified through NFCBusinessCoach are independent third-party businesses.
They are not employees, agents, subsidiaries or controlled businesses of NFCBusinessCoach.
NFCBusinessCoach does not control a supplier's:
- product prices;
- minimum order quantities;
- manufacturing times;
- stock availability;
- shipping charges;
- shipping times;
- product range;
- communication or response times;
- countries serviced; or
- future business operations.
Supplier information is provided based on the suppliers available to NFCBusinessCoach at the relevant time.
4. Supplier Prices May Change
Any supplier pricing shown on the NFCBusinessCoach website, social media, course, Discord or promotional material is indicative of supplier pricing available or known to us at the relevant time.
Third-party suppliers may increase or decrease their prices at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, NFCBusinessCoach does not guarantee that a particular supplier price will remain available.
Customers should confirm current pricing, shipping costs, minimum quantities and other conditions directly with the supplier before placing an order.
5. Supplier Availability
We aim to provide customers with access to a supplier capable of supplying the relevant NFC products.
However, third-party suppliers may change their operations, stop supplying particular products or countries, become unavailable or cease responding.
If our primary supplier becomes unavailable or cannot service a customer's country, NFCBusinessCoach may provide access to an alternative supplier.
An alternative supplier may have different products, prices, minimum order quantities, shipping costs and other terms.
Providing an alternative supplier does not mean that NFCBusinessCoach guarantees the alternative supplier will offer identical pricing or terms to the original supplier.
6. Supplier Communication
NFCBusinessCoach cannot guarantee how quickly an independent supplier will respond to a customer's enquiry.
Customers should allow a reasonable period for suppliers to respond, particularly where international time zones, weekends, public holidays or language differences are involved.
If a supplier fails to respond within a reasonable period, customers may contact NFCBusinessCoach at nfcbusinesscoach@gmail.com and we will reasonably attempt to assist or, where appropriate, provide an alternative supplier connection.
7. Seven-Day Supplier Guarantee
NFCBusinessCoach provides an additional 7-Day Supplier Guarantee.
If the primary supplier cannot supply NFC plaques to the customer's country, the customer should contact NFCBusinessCoach within seven (7) days of purchasing supplier access.
NFCBusinessCoach will first reasonably attempt to provide access to an alternative supplier.
The alternative supplier may have different pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping costs, products and conditions.
If NFCBusinessCoach cannot provide a suitable supplier option, the customer may receive a refund of the amount paid to NFCBusinessCoach for the relevant purchase.
The 7-Day Supplier Guarantee is an additional guarantee provided by NFCBusinessCoach. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
8. Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because NFCBusinessCoach products primarily consist of digital information, supplier access, community access and educational content that may be made available shortly after purchase, we do not generally provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind.
This change-of-mind policy does not affect the 7-Day Supplier Guarantee described above or any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, customers may have rights and remedies in addition to those expressly provided by NFCBusinessCoach.
10. Purchasing Physical NFC Products
The purchase price paid to NFCBusinessCoach is for the digital products and services described on our website.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not include the purchase of physical NFC plaques.
Customers purchase physical plaques directly from independent suppliers.
Any amounts payable for plaques, manufacturing, freight, customs, import duties, taxes or other supplier charges are separate from the amount paid to NFCBusinessCoach.
Customers should review a supplier's terms and confirm the total cost before ordering.
11. Course and Educational Information
The NFCBusinessCoach course, Discord community and other educational materials are provided for general educational purposes.
We aim to provide useful information about sourcing, programming, marketing and selling NFC products.
Technology, online platforms, suppliers, NFC products and business practices can change. Therefore, particular methods, software interfaces, supplier information or instructions shown in course material may change or become outdated.
We may update educational material from time to time.
12. No Earnings Guarantee
NFCBusinessCoach does not guarantee that purchasing supplier access, completing the course or following any strategy will result in sales, profits or any particular level of income.
Any examples of revenue, sales, customers, profits or business results shown on our website, social media, course or community are examples only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another person will achieve the same results.
Business results depend on many factors, including individual effort, location, market conditions, sales ability, pricing, competition and execution.
Customers are responsible for their own business decisions and results.
13. Google and Other Third-Party Platforms
NFCBusinessCoach is an independent business and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Google unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to Google Reviews, Google Business Profiles or other third-party brands and platforms are used to describe potential uses of NFC technology.
Customers are responsible for complying with the terms, policies and rules of any third-party platforms they use.
14. Discord and Community Access
Where Discord access is included in a purchase, customers must behave reasonably and respectfully toward other members.
NFCBusinessCoach may remove a member for serious or repeated misconduct, including harassment, threats, spam, fraudulent behaviour, deliberate disruption or misuse of the community.
Removal from the community does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer law.
15. Intellectual Property
Course videos, written guides, training material, graphics, website content and other original NFCBusinessCoach materials remain the intellectual property of NFCBusinessCoach or the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing access gives the customer a personal licence to use the material for their own learning and business activities.
Customers must not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload or provide paid NFCBusinessCoach course material or supplier-access material to others without permission.
Customers may, of course, use what they learn to establish and operate their own NFC plaque business.
16. Account and Access Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when purchasing.
Digital access, supplier details, course access or community invitations may be sent using the contact information supplied at checkout.
Customers should contact nfcbusinesscoach@gmail.com if they experience an access problem.
17. Third-Party Transactions
When a customer purchases physical products directly from an independent supplier, the transaction for those physical products is between the customer and that supplier.
NFCBusinessCoach is not the manufacturer or seller of those physical products.
Nothing in this clause excludes any responsibility that NFCBusinessCoach cannot lawfully exclude under Australian law.
18. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFCBusinessCoach is not responsible for losses caused solely by the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers or platforms outside our reasonable control.
This includes supplier price changes, supplier response times, international shipping delays and changes made by third-party platforms.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
19. Changes to Suppliers
NFCBusinessCoach may add, remove or replace suppliers as the supplier network develops.
The objective is to provide customers with useful supplier access rather than guaranteeing permanent access to one particular manufacturer.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide updated or replacement supplier information if an existing supplier becomes unavailable.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the business, products or applicable requirements change.
The version applying to a purchase will generally be the version published when the purchase was made, except where a change is required by law or where an update provides additional benefits without reducing existing customer rights.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to customers under applicable law.
